Your role
You will serve as a key point of contact for licensing matters, towards internal and external stakeholders. You will manage compliance with licensing terms both towards the licensor and towards our customers in the hand-over phase of our system deliveries. You provide expert advice, conduct technical analyses of license usage, and assists our technical experts to identify future software needs to support our business objectives. As our new License Manager, you will work closely together with Procurement and Project organization, in managing our complete suite of software licenses.
Tasks

Negotiate and secure licensing agreements with licensors and licensees

Develop and implement strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property, including identifying potential licensing opportunities and markets

Coordinate with product development teams to ensure licensed products meet brand standards and licensors’ quality requirements

Manage the financial aspects of licensing agreements

Facilitate communication between licensors, licensees, and internal teams

Conduct regular market analysis to assess the performance of licensed products and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.

Handle the resolution of disputes or breaches of contract in coordination with legal counsel
Your profile
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for are team players and people that are serious about their contributions in the team.
We expect you to hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
If you have experience with license management tools, software, procurement processes and supplier management, it will be a big plus.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
